My name is Tracey with the Office of Tom Karinshak and I will be assisting you with your concern. We appreciate you’re your feedback regarding our new updates to our online Xfinity guide.
At this time, I am unable to provide any additional details in regards to the updates taking place with the Xfinity online TV guide.
Currently we have available for our customers the new “For You” option which was put in place temporarily while we work on our new “Watch list” feature that will be rolling out in the near future.
You can also take advantage of our SEEiT service which is another feature similar to watch list. SEEiT is a free service that makes it easy to search, discover, collect, watch and record TV shows and movies.
SEEiT connects you directly with the TV and entertainment content you love. You can find SEEiT-embedded features on social media and entertainment sites then watch, collect your shows and movies into a Watch list, record, or set reminders and never miss a moment. SEEiT helps you know exactly when and where to find your favorite entertainment and allows you to enjoy it on your favorite device (phone, tablet, PC or television).
Between cable service subscriptions and a gazillion different TV and movie subscription services, deciding what to watch these days can be really confusing. There is a vast variety of different TV shows and movies, not to mention it seems like every TV channel has an app. With so many options, the whole process is overwhelming! Well, SEEiT is here to help!
With SEEiT, you can add TV shows and movies to your Watch list, then get notified when and where you can watch them. Every day, SEEiT will build you a personalized Watch list, providing you with the most relevant TV shows and movies to watch for that day. Just in case you're busy, SEEiT also has built-in text message reminders so you can sign up to get a reminder 15 minutes before a show airs.Thank you for your time, Mr. Keiper. I hope that the information I have provided brings some clarity to your concern. If you have any questions or concerns, please respond directly to this e-mail so we can immediately assist you. We truly value your business and thank you for choosing Comcast.
Sincerely,
Tracey W.

Even they don't know what is going on. I fiind the statement "Between cable service subscriptions and a gazillion different TV and movie subscription services, deciding what to watch these days can be really confusing" just a tad insulting. Gee I never had a problem with the old guide.
And where, pray tell, do we find this "SEEiT" service if we wanted to take a look at it? I never had any problem with the old guide, either. I also choked on "We truly value your business....".
Sure they do.
google ---> SEEiT
not impressed with the site. hit the stack of papers icon and login provider xfinity (no username etc must be on home network it seems)
