I may have been spoiled by my prevous satellite provider, but these seem like relatively simple requests and I find it hard to beleive that Comcast has not already heard these requests at least a few hundred times. if they have, then why have they not been provided??
a workaround for the visible channels is to set your channels to 'favorite' and change view of listings to favorite. Not ideal but it works.
