line starts with STV Version: the letters after that will tell you the name brand and version the only real issue is do you have 6 tuners available or 5. do you have any companion STBs too?

I have 2 DVRs, so 12 tuners available
The tech was attempting to go through all the options to add it to my account but stopped when she informed me my dvr was not capable. I guess I will start with a different tech tomorrow...or maybe stop at the xfinity store.
same as my 3 DVRs they are Arris so all your tuners are available. when you log in to the https://tv.xfinity.com/ web site while connected to your home internet do you see 'listings' or?
