What you describe is usually related to poor signal and/or noise levels on your coax connection to comcast servers. When you have time and are experiencing the problem, please call the x1 support center at 877-896-8678 and ask the representative to check your signal levels. They may determine that a tech needs to be scheduled to fix your connection issues.
