If you can go back in my account and go to the previous account # you will see that I had the same plan prior to moving, so I am wondering why I was taken off my plan. I'm at the point where I am currently looking at DirecTV because this is not right. I need a answer, or you will lose a loyal customer.  


you might call 800-comcast and select billing and ask the rep to help you save money on your bill. Many times the special price is good for a year and if you call back 3 weeks ahead of the end of that year they may have another savings plan.
