I got someone who doesnt know how to fix this today and he made a escalation ticket. Last time they made a ticket for me they said 24hrs and Im still waiting. That was last year, by the way. while waiting for that call you might try this. on the remote press the "A" button, select system Refresh, "Refresh Now". after the update and reboot, does it work now (recordings back)?
