Thanks for your reply. We had a service tech come to the house and he found a filter out on the pole was installed backwards (by who, we don't know). He installed a new filter the correct way and everything has been fine. About the time we started having problems our neighbor had a service tech come to her home and they did something out on the pole. Coincedense, I don't know but, no more problems since.
hopefully he installed a new POE filter at the point your cable enters your gray interface box. The new ones are part of the grounding block (screws onto the ground). The filter is an essential part of MoCA in that it reflects signal back into your home's wiring.
