Re: X1 On Demand does not work on any of my boxes

Try this first. press the "A" button on the remote >> system refresh and update now. The box you are using will reboot. Do you have the ability to watch On-Demand now? If not, call 800-COMCAST and select billing. Ask the billing representative  to review the rate codes on your account that might be blocking you from using on-demand.
