I have been able to duplicate what you are reporting and will post some images so others know what we are talking about and then escalate this thread so the persons responsible for the download will hopefully take corrective actions:
This image is what I get when I attempt the download:
Taking it a step further, I see the following report in regards to trojans being present on the download.
I have checked with the toolbar download on Virustotal ans symnatec says it is safe - but it still throws the warning from Norton?
Hopefully someone from Comcast security will be able to straighten this out. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Sure would have a security specialist check that out as a search in google finds comcasttb.exe an old spam catcher that acted as if compromised.
the right link for Norton that itself has a toolbar is http://constantguard.xfinity.com/products-and-services/Norton-security-suite// (have to be signed in at comcast.net). I had to manually install the anniversary win 10 upgrade over previous win10 and it would not install with the Comcast norton security suite installed. (uninstalled it, activated and updated the Microsoft defender). After install of the anniversary edition, installed the Comcast Norton without a problem. no toolbar was 'installed' nor offered other than the standard Norton during my install.
