I talked to Netflix and they said it's a known issue with some newer Xfinity X1 boxes and that it should start working within a few hours. That was a week ago. So, what's the deal? Does anyone know anything about this?


Did the Netflix app ever work on that device? If so, have you changed the password at another location that is working but now this set top box won't work?
