questions like your post quoted above need to be on teh customer service thread part of this forum not under 'X1' so that the comcast cares team will find your inquiry.
alternatively you can state your question in a tweet to @comcast cares. they will get to it in usually a few days and ask you to DM them with your account information and the inquiry. Many issues have apparently been fixed using the assets at @comcastcares
