Thanks for the reply, I switched HDMI ports and I still get DRM.-6 error when trying to playback ondemand and live TV. When that didn't work I restarted the Roku since I'm on a new HDMI port now to see if that would fix it. Nope still same error. I'm wondering if there is a problem with the DRM check since I'm on beta Roku software. I'd much rather have my Xfinity app than the beta software though.


how is the Roku connected to your home Xfinity internet? 


It's connected via wifi and had been working rather reliably until this week. In the beginning I got the DRM error almost every time. Then it started working reliably for a couple of weeks and now I cannot get past the DRM-6 error for the entire week.


I did a bit of researching on google but nothing really applies. The standard is unplug power from the Roku and then wait and then plug in and wait a minute before reconnecting the HDMI cable. The previous error posts talk about the security HDCP handshake 'failing' with hints to swap HDMI cables or swapping ends on the same cable.
