I talked to billing today and asked why some areas don't have access to XG2 devices (mine doesn't have them). apparently they have not rolled out to the entire footprint, and she can not order self install if not avail to install in the particular market.
I asked about companions and she said only xi3 and xiD is available that the rng150 is not being issued (available to order).
