now when I call asking about this, the Xfinity techs seemed to have developed collective amnesia. No one has any idea what I'm talking about.
does anyone have any idea what's happening with cloud storage in northern VA? The fact that it jumps to the full 500GB in the cloud from time to time means it can be done. So why hasn't it?
after they made the change to 60 hours limit (SD or HD), I've not seen any Comcast post saying they were going to increase the hours. I have 3 DVRs so max is 180 on the cloud DVR.
