I've downloaded the My Account app and attempted to refresh with no luck. And also live chatted with a representative, who only seemed to make it worse (left my screen completely black).
I am definitely paying for all of these channels. Any suggestions? (Heeeeelp!)
press the A button on your remote and follow the path to do a system refresh. fixed? (reboot will happen too)
