I needed to look at the phone records, like I did years ago and all I found was it listed by bills. The latest was May!!! I need current. Is there a way to find that like in the past? A lot of questions, I know. Not a user friendly site at all. I really wish I had another option.


call 800-Comcast and select Customer Service and discuss each issue.
