As far as the app itself and the layout...working fine for me.  I just need to see the channels for our service area on the app, not San Francisco channels.

If you have powered down the Roku for 30 seconds and restarted and that did not fix the Roku, then call 800-Comcast and select tech support, TV. ask them to do an account refresh (not a device refresh). If your representative seems unable to understand you may have to call back and select billing and ask the billing representative to do the account refresh.
