there have been some threads on the forum where customers that exceed available tuners in home (max is 6 per DVR) end up with extra recordings on the cloud DVR (example: you might have the version 1 of pace early DVR that will not let you use but 5 of the 6 tuners).
would hit the xfinity button >> gear(settings) >> about ---- and reply back with the STB version line. for example my line is MX011AN. Do you have some of the smaller X1 companion set top boxes?
If you are not getting recordings 'on' cloud that may be due to the activation date/time of the cloud DVR. only shows started and completed after accepting the terms and conditions will be on the cloud DVR.
