Its actually a file duration issue. The underlying video file has incorrect metadata. I fixed S1E1 manually - check it out you'll see the progress bar will now show 47min.
Unfortunately its a tricky problem to identify in an automated fashion but I'll put a story on our backlog to see if we can address this.
47 was long enough just an estimate went to 55 or longer. is the counter on the left restricted to counting up (new navigation bar) to maximum number on the right? for example say it was 47, could the left position counter go ahead and count up properly to 55:45 or whatever actually is the end?
